We decided to eat here today while doing some studying at Understory and they did not disappoint. Service was friendly and helpful. The food was amazing! My husband got the chicken pupu plate and he was blown away by the flavor of the chicken and the crispiness of the rice. We were on our way to an Astro’s game and found out there was a Flip’n Patties at the Understory! The directions on how to park( they validate after 4 pm) and use the elevator was easy to follow. We arrived and there and it wasn’t a very busy area so we were able to order quickly. The server was polite and did a ... great job cooking our meal. I ate there again with my daughter and loved it. She had the flippenadas which are great. We split the fried rolls. I had the Jabois and it was great. So were the fries. Friendly wonderful service as well. Love this place
